Job Description
The Reject Shop in Victoria is hiring an Assistant Store Manager to lead on-floor operations and develop the team alongside the Store Manager.
This role offers a explicit path to running your own store and a hands-on, growth-focused workplace.
You'll benefit from a schedule that excludes Sundays, with every second Saturday off and three days off in a row every second weekend.
Earn $* per hour base, plus penalties, overtime, and 17.5% leave loading as you progress toward Store Manager.
