Mecca Brands is seeking a Customer Insights Analyst to support key research programs across a leading beauty retailer in ANZ. You will translate customer behaviour and NPS data into compelling stories for business decisions.

You will manage brand tracking, run inquiries from stakeholders, and deliver end-to-end studies using Askable and other tools, shaping experiences for MECCA customers.
