Quickcare on the Upper North Shore Sydney is seeking a 2IC / Emerging Centre Director with a Diploma or ECT qualification.
You'll start as 2IC, mentoring staff on the floor while preparing for centre leadership.
You'll balance hands-on teaching with increasingly strategic responsibilities, guiding curriculum, documentation, and family engagement as you progress toward Director.
