Marsh Investments team in Sydney is seeking a Senior Change Manager for a 12-month fixed-term contract.
The role is hybrid, based in Sydney, requiring at least three days a week in the office.
You will translate strategy into transparent change activity, shaping communications and adoption across a large matrixed workplace, working with leaders and project teams.
You will lead BAU and transformation change, partner with sponsors and stakeholders, identify dependencies, and deliver compelling change
