THE ROLE
Manage your portfolio end-to-end, including:
Owner and tenant relationships
Leasing and home opens
Routine inspections




Maintenance and arrears
Lease renewals
Compliance and general portfolio management
ABOUT YOU
Experienced Property Manager
Strong knowledge of WA Property Management legislation
Confident managing a portfolio autonomously
Organised, reliable and a robust communicator
Looking for along-term opportunity
Manageable portfolio.
Outsourced PCRs.
Dedicated BDM.
Take-home car.
Flexibility.
