Job Description
Kinetic IT is seeking an Associate Systems Engineer to provide onsite end-user support across desktop, laptop, mobile, and peripheral settings.
You will troubleshoot incidents, support hardware refresh and deployment, and maintain technology assets while delivering high service standards.
You will travel to customer sites, perform deskside and field support, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within a cooperative team.
