Mountain Heritage in Katoomba is seeking a Cook to join our kitchen brigade with world class facilities and to create memorable dining experiences with consistent flavour and wide-ranging offerings. Reporting to the Head Chef, you will help elevate the dining experience for hotel guests and the public.

You will lead and energise the team, ensuring high-quality meals, adhering to policies, and maintaining equipment in positive order. A tertiary Cookery qualification and a robust team spirit are essential.
