About the Role

As Financial Manager, you will take responsibility for the organisation’s financial governance, statutory compliance, financial accounting, reporting, budgeting and forecasting. A key component of the role is delivering high‑quality cost analysis to support pricing decisions, production planning, and operational efficiency. You will partner with senior leaders to strengthen financial controls, enhance reporting accuracy, and contribute to long‑term business planning.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead financial accounting, budgeting, forecasting and cashflow management
- Assist with general ledger integrity and AP/AR functions
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
- Assist with statutory reporting, audit preparation and compliance obligations
- Conduct detailed cost analysis across production, labour, materials and overheads
- Support pricing models, margin analysis and profitability improvement initiatives
- Assist with developing and improving financial systems, processes and reporting frameworks
- Provide financial insights to support operational and strategic decision‑making
- Partner with production and operations teams to understand cost drivers
- Contribute to business planning, risk management and performance improvement

- High proficiency in financial systems and advanced Excel
- Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to communicate financial insights clearly to non‑financial stakeholders
