seek.com.au is seeking a hybrid PA and Appointment Setter to support one of the leading performers in a rapid-growing national property investment business.
You will manage the diary, qualify enquiries, and book appointments while keeping the principal well briefed and organised across commitments.
A large portion of the day involves outbound calls, with real-time diary management and proactive follow-up to close leads.
Robust CRM literacy is essential.
