Job Description
Chuck & Son's Brewing Co. in St Peters, NSW, is seeking a hands-on Sous Chef to lead our kitchen team within a busy venue.
You will work closely with the Head Chef to ensure quality, consistency and protected operations across all services.
The role combines cooking with leadership, including rostering, food costing and supporting events.
Availability for evenings and weekends is required to maintain high hospitality standards.
