You will manage day-to-day lab operations, oversee sample receival and lifecycle, and drive quality and safety across the team.
Lead a skilled group, ensure SOPs are followed, and maintain solid client satisfaction.
The role emphasizes people leadership, performance management, and continuous improvement in a high‐quality workplace.
An advantageous Diploma in Laboratory Techniques or higher is preferred.
