Crown Melbourne is seeking a Restaurants & Bars Business Development Manager to drive the end-to-end sales and business development strategy for private dining, events, corporate functions and group bookings across its dining venues.
You will lead revenue growth, manage the full sales lifecycle, and partner with restaurant leadership, culinary teams and stakeholders to convert leads into long-term partnerships.
This role requires a hospitality-focused, results-driven qualified.
