INDI Footscray is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead repairs across apartments and common areas, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry and painting. You will manage maintenance schedules, coordinate contractors, and ensure compliance with safety and building regulations.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will work with stakeholders to maintain a protected, well‐maintained property with after-hours and on-call flexibility.
