seek.com.au is seeking a reliable full time Chef to lead daily service across breakfast and lunch in a high-volume kitchen.
You will cook to a consistent standard and mentor junior staff.
You will manage daily prep, stock control, and menu costing while maintaining safety and efficiency in a busy workplace.
A Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery or higher is required along with at least one year of experience.
