Spinifex State College in Mount Isa is seeking a dedicated Student Support Worker to join our residential boarding team across North West Queensland. You will provide a secure, supportive home-away-from-home setting for secondary students and supervise activities on and off campus.

You will work rotating rosters, mentor students, monitor wellbeing, and liaise with staff and families to address educational, social or behavioural needs.
