Solid Ground Landscaping in Brisbane is seeking an experienced Garden Maintenance Leading Hand to manage sites, lead a small crew, and ensure high-quality grounds maintenance for private schools, commercial properties and retirement villages.

You will operate turf care equipment, oversee hedge pruning, edging and hand weeding, and identify plants and pests. A Blue Card or ability to obtain is required; relevant horticulture qualifications are a plus.
