Argo Coal Management is seeking a senior HSE leader for Ironbark No 1 to drive health, safety and training across the operation. You will ensure systems are effective, meet compliance obligations, and equip our workforce to work safely and efficiently.
Lead incident investigations, manage risk assessments such as Bow-Tie, HAZOP, WRAC, and oversee safety systems including SharePoint, LMS, SISPAV and Pulse. A hands-on leader with solid frontline engagement is essential.
