You will provide evidence-based interventions, perform comprehensive assessments and develop practical recovery plans tailored to each person.
You will work with GPs and peers, leveraging leadership support to respond to changing needs, manage risk and coordinate care across services.
This role invites clinical leadership and group program delivery.
