Job Description
Retail Smart Group is seeking a part time Customer Service & Experience Coordinator to own the end-to-end customer journey across our DTC brands.
Based in Rowville, Melbourne, you will handle inquiries, orders, returns and warranty claims while shaping how customers experience our brands.
The role emphasizes solid written communication, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
In-office hours at 9am, 20 hours per week with peak-period flexibility are available.
