Betty's Burgers Canberra is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to lead daily operations and deliver high‐quality guest experiences.
Reporting to the Restaurant General Manager, you will manage opening/closing, rostering, training and SOP implementation in a quick‐moving setting.
You will supervise a large team, maintain standards of presentation and service, and ensure professionalism under pressure while working a versatile roster including nights and weekends.
