Mtm Structural Steel is seeking an experienced Workshop Foreman to lead the in-house fabrication team. This hands-on role supervises boilermakers, welders and apprentices, ensuring protected, on-time delivery to high quality standards.
You will coordinate fabrication schedules, manage workflow and dispatch deadlines, and ensure all work follows drawings and specifications. A trade qualification and proven supervisory experience in a structural steel workshop are required.
