Job Description
Integrated Care 24 (IC24) is seeking Care Co-Ordinators to support NHS 111, Clinical Assessment Service (CAS) and Out of Hours teams.
You will own an allocated service area, manage queues, deploy resources and help colleagues deliver secure, timely patient care.
This rapid-paced role requires adaptable working across shifts, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to identify risks and escalation needs.
