Job Description
A senior maintenance leader is sought to set up and run a maintenance organisation for an industrial plant.
Responsibilities include establishing a work order system, planning jobs, forecasts, schedules, and cost control.
You will manage plant shutdowns, asset records, spare parts inventory, and training of maintenance staff, with a focus on continuous improvement and reducing unplanned downtime.
