Job Description
Strandbags Group is seeking a Store Manager to lead a high-energy team in a quick-paced retail workplace.
You will drive exceptional customer service, coach staff to achieve KPIs, and manage store operations with a focus on delivering brand moments and solid visual merchandising.
You'll be responsible for scheduling, wage targets, and energising the team to hit sales goals while upholding Strand's heritage and values across our Queensland stores.
