Sawtell RSL Club in Recent South Wales is seeking a Chef to support the Executive Chef and help lead the kitchen brigade of 14.
You will be a hands-on leader who loves outstanding food and delivering outstanding meals and customer service in a fast-paced club Bistro setting with a modern twist.
Bring ideas for menu design, a commitment to food safety and WHS, and flexibility to work across 7 days and nights.
Trade qualification is preferred and prior kitchen leadership experience is advantageous.
