The Aje Collective in Sydney is seeking a Senior Garment Technician to translate design concepts into production-ready garments at our Head Office.
You will work closely with Design, Production and the Atelier Technical Manager to drive technical accuracy from initial proto to bulk production.
Responsibilities span creating specs, coordinating fittings, and communicating transparent instructions to factories, while safeguarding fit, fabric and construction standards for high-end activewear.
