Calvary is seeking a Senior Service Delivery Analyst to provide advanced technical support and onsite ownership across facilities.
You will be the face of Technology Support at sites, visiting regularly, building trusted relationships with clinical and operational staff to ensure services support protected care delivery.
The role requires 5+ years of end-user support, robust ITIL knowledge, and proficiency with AD, Exchange Online, M365, Intune, Citrix, and end-user hardware.
