Nu Nu Restaurant on the Esplanade in Palm Cove is seeking qualified Chefs to join our agile kitchen brigade. You will work in a busy, tropical kitchen setting, bringing passion for local produce and high standards of service.

The role includes training apprentices, supporting the Head Chef, managing supplier relationships, stock and cost controls, and strict adherence to our food safety program. Flexibility with hours and solid leadership are essential.
