Anaconda is seeking a Team Leader to guide our in-store team and ensure every customer leaves with an outstanding shopping experience.
You will lead by example, drive service, sales, and merchandising, and take ownership of product management within departments.
With the ability to motivate up to 20 team members, you'll schedule rosters, mentor staff, and deliver on budgets while promoting safety and a passion for the outdoors.
