Job Description
Recruit & Consult is seeking a leader to head a team of sales agents, associates and administrators in NSW.
You will drive performance, oversee coaching, meetings and reviews, and shape growth plans for the group.
The role requires residential real estate sales management experience, solid knowledge of sales processes and legislation, plus a valid NSW license and reliable vehicle.
Occasional Saturdays may be required.
