Hecho En Mexico is seeking a hands-on Front of House Team Leader to supervise the restaurant during busy service in Altona, VIC. You will lead the team, greet guests, take orders and keep service running smoothly.

The role requires proven FOH leadership, excellent communication and the ability to coach staff on standards, safety and guest care. RSA and Spanish skills are advantageous but not essential.
