YMCA Victoria is seeking an Operations (Lifeguard) Team Leader for Newstead Outdoor Pool.
You will lead the lifeguard team, manage rosters and admin tasks, and support with day-to-day operations while upholding aquatic safety protocols.
The role is part time with an hourly rate up to $* plus super.
Candidates should have solid admin skills and prior duty manager or lifeguard experience, with flexibility for seasonal peak hours.
