Job Description
APM Assessment Services seeks a clinical assessor to undertake Residential Aged Care Funding Assessments across the Fitzroy region using the AN-ACC tool. You will interview residents and staff, review health records, and triangulate data to inform funding classifications.

This is a permanent part time role (3 days per week) with travel across the region, work-from-home flexibility, and prospects for training and career development.
