China Eastern Airlines seeks a Customer Service Officer for BNE City/Airport.
You will handle calls, emails, ticketing and reservations, and assist walk-in customers while providing bilingual English/Chinese service.
Two office locations expect you to coordinate flight operations, resolve luggage issues, compile sales stats, and report on performance.
