Job Description
Mackay Regional Council is seeking an experienced Team Leader Water Treatment Aquatic Facilities to oversee operations across its swimming pools and aquatic facilities.
You will lead day-to-day water treatment operations, coordinate staff, ensure water quality and plant reliability, and support improvements.
The role requires hands-on leadership, robust knowledge of water chemistry, and experience in filtration, chemical dosing and incident response.
