Job Description
Merewether Surfhouse, part of Pavilion Venue Co, is seeking a Venue Manager to lead operations and drive strategic growth.
You will report to the Group General Manager, own the venue P&L;, and ensure outstanding guest experiences while meeting financial targets.
The role requires solid leadership across teams, a keen eye for brand partnerships and the ability to coordinate events and activations to boost business and strengthen the venue's reputation.
