Adventure Operations Australia, home to MTB Direct®, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Eagle Farm Brisbane team.
You will assist riders with product advice, fit, compatibility and servicing, while processing orders and returns behind the scenes.
Ideal candidates have bike industry experience, a passion for mountain biking, and transparent written and verbal communication.
You will collaborate with the warehouse and eCommerce teams in a rapid-paced setting.
