Job Description
BWE is seeking an analyst to support mortgage bankers in originating loans with Agency, FHA, LifeCo, CMBS, Banks and Debt Funds.
The role involves screening, underwriting, and structuring prospects, assembling loan packages, and performing market analysis.
Qualified candidates have 1–3 years in CRE mortgage production, a relevant degree, and solid Excel/modeling abilities, with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
A discretionary bonus is available.
