UniLodge is seeking a Residential Life Supervisor to oversee daily in office community management at our Flagstaff properties in Melbourne.
You will coordinate wellbeing programs, incident handling, and resident support under the direction of the Residential Life Manager.
You will lead events, engage with diverse residents, and maintain solid stakeholder relationships while ensuring a safe, inclusive living workplace.
A hands-on, proactive approach is essential.
