GenesisCare in Melbourne's Malvern clinic is seeking a Patient Services Officer (Medical Receptionist) to join a supportive team.
You will be the first point of contact for patients, delivering empathetic, effective service and handling administration in a busy cancer care workplace.
The role is full time, Monday to Friday, working closely with clinicians and staff to ensure a seamless patient journey from arrival to follow-up.
