Co-Living NextGen is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee our expanding co-living and rooming house portfolio in Victoria.
You will manage tenancy operations, ensure compliance, and maintain high standards across multiple sites.
The role requires 2+ years in residential property management, a Victorian Real Estate Licence, robust communication, and the ability to coordinate repairs and reporting.
Experience with PropertyTree or Inspection Express is preferred.
