Axiom Technologies is seeking a POS Hardware Support Technician to join our Newcastle team. You will provide in office and on-call support for POS hardware in retail and hospitality settings, troubleshooting devices to minimize downtime and maintain excellent service delivery.
Responsibilities include diagnosing faults in printers, cameras, and POS peripherals, performing preventive maintenance, installing firmware and drivers, and keeping detailed repair logs.
