Job Description
Add Staff is seeking a Quality Manager to lead the National QMS across LV & HV switchboard manufacturing with sites in Melbourne, Brisbane or Sydney.
You will own the QMS, drive improvements and align engineering, manufacturing and projects to meet quality standards.
The role requires 5+ years in quality management, solid switchboard manufacturing experience, and deep knowledge of ISO and audits.
Solid CAPA, RCA and stakeholder-management skills are essential for success.
