HR Partners is seeking an autonomous IT Support Analyst for our Sydney CBD office on a 6-month initial contract.
You will be the key onsite IT presence, handling L1/L2 desktop support incidents and service requests end-to-end while maintaining daily IT operations across hardware and cloud systems.
The role requires robust customer service, exceptional communication, and thorough documentation.
Onsite work five days a week in Sydney CBD is expected for the duration of the contract.
