Internal Sales Representative Fantech Trade
Fantech is the leading manufacturer and supplier, of traditional and innovative air movement products for domestic, industrial, and commercial applications, with a robust presence across Australia and beyond.
We have an opportunity at our Huntingwood office for a forward-thinking and proactive Internal Sales Representative to join our Fantech Trade Team.
With a focus on supporting our existing wholesaler network and customer base, the successful candidate will join a highly motivated sales team, and contribute to the ongoing growth of the Fantech Trade market segment.
The Role
Ensuring that all Fantech Trade projects are pro-actively followed up
Working across all markets with a major focus on our re-seller network
Providing accurate and competitive quotes in a timely manner
Processingpurchase orders
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customer and colleagues alike
Handling telephone sales and enquiries
Providing an exceptional customer experience for both external and internal customers
Who are you?
The ideal candidate should possess:
Exceptional customer service and presentation skills




Proven sales skills and the ability to negotiate orders and problem-solve
Demonstrated previous experience with Electrical Wholesalers and or Electrical Contractors preferred but not essential
Superior interpersonal skills and well-developed written and verbal communication skills
