Job Description
Randstad Australia is seeking a sales-driven recruitment consultant to take over a warm Industrial desk in Mulgrave, Melbourne's southeast.
You will hunt recent clients, manage relationships and place candidates in manufacturing and warehousing roles, travelling to client sites as needed.
You will thrive on cold calling, closing deals, and meeting KPIs, with autonomy and a secure, accountable approach.
A valid driver's license and vehicle are required for client visits.
