Job Description
Australian Mentoring Services (AMS) seeks a dedicated Team Leader for Supported Independent Living (SIL) to guide a services team across grouped SIL homes.
You will model best practice, ensure person-centred support, and coordinate delivery of high-quality services in collaboration with the Practice Leader.
You will lead mentors, promote participant independence, liaise with families and external services, and uphold WHS standards while guiding continuous improvement aligned with AMS values.
