BuildPass, an AI-native operating system for construction, is expanding Melbourne revenue with a dedicated Sales Manager. You'll own the full revenue engine from SDRs to AE, lead three AEs and five SDRs, and coach the team daily while personally joining key calls.

You'll build sales frameworks, forecast discipline, and an operating rhythm in partnership with the Head of Revenue and co-founders who are still hands-on.
