Central Gippsland Health invites applications for a Community Care Worker to support clients to live independently at home across Rosedale, Heyfield, Maffra and Sale.
We welcome both qualified and unqualified applicants.
You will deliver high-quality, person-centred care, assist with domestic tasks, manage straightforward documentation, and work weekends as needed.
All appointments are subject to background checks and screening.
