Cà Phê Mai in Double Bay is seeking a cocktail bartender to join the evening team.
The drinks list blends classic cocktails with a Vietnamese twist, and the bar runs nightly alongside a wine list.
You'll manage bar service, chat with guests at the counter, and handle prep and stock so the list is ready each night.
NSW RSA is required; evenings and weekends available, with casual award rates plus loading, penalties and super.
